Within trotting distance of the Kelpies, Laurieston Bowling Club has been at the heart of both the sporting and social life of the village since its inauguration in 1913.
Our newly refurbished function suite and lounge can accommodate over 100 guests and are available to hire - free of charge. As is our new beer garden which increases our outdoor seating capacity by over 60.
We also extend a warm hand of friendship to new members by offering a 50% discount on membership fees.

We are delighted to have been awarded a grant of £12,207 to install a new kitchen.
This project has been funded by Patersons Quarries Ltd through the Scottish Landfill Communities Fund and administered by L T Funding Ltd.
Work will commence in early January.
Thanks to a grant of £1262.98 from the UK Shared Prosperity Fund we have purchased a 75" TV on a wall-mounted bracket and a 14" laptop with printer which when installed in our lounge will be free to use by members of the public and community groups.
Thanks to everyone who cast their blue token votes for our Tesco Stronger Starts proposal to purchase additional bowls and equipment for our coaching section, we have been awarded £500. Every little helps!
Thanks to a grant of £10,000 from Avondale Environmental Limited through the Scottish Landfill Communities Fund, and two grants of £500 from the Arnold Clark Community Foundation and Ross & Liddell, we have resurfaced our artificial bankings and in early November will raise the perimeter and replace the timber edges of our green.
Fixtures for the Falkirk & District Carpet Bowls League sponsored by MGM Timber have been finalised.
Non-members are welcome to join us on Mondays from 2pm to 4pm, and Saturdays from 2pm to 6pm, for an informal game of carpet bowls.
Our free coaching sessions for children and young adults run on Sundays from 11am till Noon. The more the merrier!
